Since 1997, Mission Hospice has provided exceptional hospice and palliative care throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The map above highlights the communities we proudly serve.

Our interdisciplinary team is composed of dedicated professionals who live in the communities they serve, allowing us to deliver compassionate, culturally responsive care. From skilled nurses who develop individualized care plans to manage symptoms, to spiritual counselors specializing in end-of-life support, our team is committed to addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of every patient.

Our multilingual, multigenerational staff speaks more than ten languages, including Spanish and Vietnamese, ensuring effective communication and personalized care. Mission Hospice collaborates with over 35 healthcare providers and more than 43 nursing facilities, while also caring for patients in the comfort of their homes. We also partner with over 15 insurance providers, including Medicare and Medi-Cal, to make our services accessible to a wide range of patients.
